We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Engineer to lead the evaluation, adoption, and integration of AI-based tools into our development processes.

This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance workflows through AI, implementing internal tools that leverage AI capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and usability.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate AI-powered tools relevant to development and DevOps workflows.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of selected AI tools across engineering teams.
• Design and develop internal tools that incorporate AI to improve efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to understand needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for development teams and management to promote AI adoption and understanding.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and trends to continuously improve internal capabilities.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in DevOps/ Engineering role.
• Graduate of a DevOps training program (Infinity or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of development workflows and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Passion for exploring and applying AI technologies in practical, impactful ways.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Great interpersonal and presentations skills.
