Role Overview

This Controller position is designed for a CPA-certified professional with at least 3 years of experience following internship. The role involves oversight of accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Familiarity with US-GAAP is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Guidance, involvement, and control of Controller Assistants and bookkeeper’s tasks for the company and subsidiaries
• Preparing annual report (20-F)
• Preparing quarterly and yearly US-GAAP consolidated financial statements
• Preparing quarterly and annual work papers
• Preparing the company’s annual tax forms
• Communication with CPA as part of the quarterly and annual audit
• Preparing financial statement analysis
• Prepare and translate subsidiaries’ balance sheets and income statements
• Preparing special reports for authorities and other vendors
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX reports
• In charge of collection from customers
• Additional duties as necessary

Qualifications — Required

• CPA license completed and active (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience after internship (post-CPA)
• Familiarity with US-GAAP principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong English (written & spoken)
• Ability to meet quarter-end/year-end deadlines, including occasional overtime

Qualifications — Preferred / Advantages

• Exposure to consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic BI
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear communication and collaboration with finance, tax, and audit teams
• Integrity and professionalism in handling financial data
