Senior IT Specialist

Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a an IT Specialist to support and manage the company’s IT systems, implement and maintain security and infrastructure solutions, and optimize IT operations to ensure seamless growth

Responsibilities

• Provide global technical support for employees, ensuring smooth operations in Mac and Windows environments.
• Oversee Google Workspace administration – user management, security policies, and automation to improve productivity and compliance.
• Manage endpoint devices with Jamf MDM for Mac and Intune for Windows.
• Maintain infrastructure & networks, including firewalls, VPNs, global network access, and cloud services (AWS / Azure).
• Work with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, IAM, and implement IT security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, proactively improve systems, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT System Support / IT Specialist.
• 3+ years of experience with Mac environments.
• 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace & Entra ID (Admin Console, Security, Collaboration tools).
• 3+ years of experience with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, IAM, and applying IT security & compliance best practices.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) & Backup solutions on AWS – a strong advantage.
• Experience contributing to cross-organization projects – advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• MDM knowledge (Jamf, Intune)
• Software tools and other systems: Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, Zoom, Checkpoint…
• Familiarity with VC rooms setup and management
• SSO protocols: SAML, LDAP, OpenID
