Head of Research And Development

A global leader in iGaming technology is looking for a Head of R&D to join the executive team as the right hand to the CTO.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership – driving R&D operations, leading diverse engineering teams, and making key technical decisions that shape a high-scale global platform.

What you’ll do:

✔ Lead day-to-day R&D operations across Development, QA, DevOps, NOC, and Product

✔ Take full ownership of the product lifecycle and delivery commitments

✔ Act as the CTO’s trusted delegate in both technical and cross-functional forums

✔ Build and scale top-performing teams while driving technical excellence

✔ Align business goals with technology execution

What we’re looking for:

🔹 10+ years in software development, 5+ in senior R&D leadership

🔹 Strong background in Backend/Frontend (PHP, JavaScript, SQL)

🔹 Proven experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices

🔹 Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces

🔹 Bonus: experience in iGaming, high-traffic B2B platforms, or Big Data
