Warehouse Coordinator

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we’ve been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.

Now, we are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations team.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the all-warehouse activities, including Inventory Control, Transactions, Cycle Counts, allocations, labeling etc., storage capabilities and parts labeling.
• Responsible for the inbound/outbound movements while keeping full traceability of the materials, including incoming inspection, supply of work orders and shipments’ preparation. Order replenishment, when necessary, etc.
• Responsible for recording and tracking RMAs/NCRs.
• Responsible for the environmental monitoring of the warehouse.
• Responsible for domestic and international shipments, including handling with different couriers and companies.

What do you need to bring with you?

• Availability for full-time, on-site work
• At least 4 years of experience in warehouse operations - Must
• Full proficiency in Priority software, including inventory: control and transactions, WO allocations, cycle counts, etc. - Must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and tools - Must
• Ability to work across departments, work under pressure with multiple activities in a challenging environment
• Fluent in Hebrew, Proficient in English - Both writing and speaking.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical devices/ life sciences industry - Significant advantage.
• Deep understanding in initiating procedures and work instructions including in ERP software - Significant advantage.
• Easy going, meticulous, proactive, ability to multitask and a team player.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
• Familiar with global forwarding rules - advantage.
• Familiar in a high paced startup company environment - advantage.
