Particle for Men is a global men’s skincare and grooming brand known for its high-impact digital and TV campaigns across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Creative Video Editor to craft top-performing content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

📌 Full-Time, In-Office Role | Tel Aviv District HQ

No remote option. Must be based locally and available on-site.

🔧 What You’ll Do

🎥 Edit UGC-Style & Performance-Focused Videos

Craft ads from UGC, testimonials, product B-roll, and branded footage—focusing on storytelling, hook retention, and conversion.

📈 A/B Testing & Iteration

Build multiple versions of each video for testing. Hook-first thinking and scroll-stopping visuals are key.

🎨 Motion Graphics + Full Finishing

You own the frame. Color grading, audio design, subtitles, motion graphics, and compositing are part of your standard flow.

🤖 AI-Enhanced Video Editing

We harness the latest AI platforms—Google Gemini’s Veo 3 & Flow, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly Video, ChatGPT Sora —to craft everything from cinematic narratives and stylized animations to mobile-ready clips and social-first content.

⚡ Collaborate with Creative + Marketing Teams

You’ll work directly with producers, designers, and growth leads. Expect a fast pace, direct feedback, and always-on innovation.

✅ What You Bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience editing UGC or performance-style videos
• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad formats
• Full proficiency in Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Must-have skills: Color correction, sound design, motion design, compositing
• Comfort using AI tools for video editing, voiceover, ideation, and workflow acceleration
• Great storytelling instincts and visual rhythm
• Fluent English for editing timing, subtitles, and VO matching
• A growth mindset: excited by change, speed, and trying new techniques

🎁 Bonus Points If You Also…

• Can script or storyboard short video ads
• Have experience with eComm ads that show ROAS or CTR improvements
• Dabble in design, photography, or VO testing
