SOC team leader

Are you a hands-on cybersecurity expert with a passion for leading teams and managing complex incidents from start to finish? Join our growing SOC team and take charge of a dynamic group of analysts in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 8 analysts (6 Tier 1, 2 Tier 2)
• Manage cyber incidents end-to-end: detection, investigation, response, and reporting
• Make critical technical decisions during live events
• Develop and implement playbooks and automation workflows (SOAR, Cortex)
• Mentor and train analysts with structured development plans and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Submit reports to regulatory bodies and drive post-incident analysis

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a Tier 2 Cyber Analyst in a top-tier SOC
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Cortex preferred)
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Azure, and AWS
• Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture
• Experience with security tools: AV, NAC, DLP, EDR, FW, IPS, Sandbox
• Proven ability to handle DDoS (infrastructure/app), phishing, and escalation scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• High learning agility, curiosity, and ability to work under pressure
• Availability to support the team during off-hours (nights/weekends)
