Finance Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in finance operations, with a focus on customer communication, license management, and renewal processes. You will receive guidance and training, while also taking on responsibilities that directly support our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding licenses and renewals.
• Set up and manage licenses in the system.
• Track and follow up on license renewals.
• Support reporting and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, reliable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
• Previous exposure to finance, operations, or customer support is a plus (not mandatory).
• Experience with Salesforce (SF) is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
