We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager | Alrov Luxury Hotels in Jerusalem
Mamilla Hotel and The David Citadel Hotel are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online presence of our iconic luxury hotels, including their restaurants, spas and GYMs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate all digital assets of the hotels (Hebrew & English)
- Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid media)
- Manage CRM and email marketing, including segmentation and analysis
- Generate reports, analyze data and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, sales teams, reservations and hotel management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing – required
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and META
- Proven ability in data analysis and performance reporting
- Excellent organizational, analytical and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Proactive, flexible and a true team player
- Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in hospitality/tourism – an advantage
