A global iGaming company developing advanced management platforms for the gaming industry.
The role involves managing an offshore team of 12 DevOps engineers and team leads in Ukraine. Responsibilities include end-to-end oversight of availability, stability, scalability, and security across all environments (cloud and on-premises).
The company is located in Herzliya and offers a hybrid work model.
Requirements-
- 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE
- 3 years of team management experience
- Deep expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/Ansible
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD platforms (such as GitLab/Jenkins) and GitOps tools (such as ArgoCD/Flux)
- Experience working with high-traffic production systems, disaster recovery (DR) plans, and Blue-Green/Canary deployments
- Strong business-level English (speaking and writing)
