About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in developing and scaling our fintech platform, collaborating with experienced engineers and product leaders to deliver high-quality solutions. This role also offers a path to relocate to the U.S. within a year for those interested in joining our on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable financial software solutions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability standards are met.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in fintech and software development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (full stack or back-end).
• Strong coding skills and deep understanding of modern software practices.
• Experience with Python is a significant advantage.
• Background in military software development (elite tech units) is a significant plus.
• Experience in fintech products or secure financial systems is highly valued.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work as a freelancer and provide invoices is a strong advantage.
