We’re looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer – AI Expertise with a passion for design and technology to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll combine classic graphic and motion design with cutting-edge AI tools to create innovative, impactful, and distinctive visual assets. This is an opportunity to shape how our brand looks and communicates in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand language, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and platforms.
• Design and produce a variety of marketing materials: company websites and landing pages, banners, ads, email campaigns, social media content, presentations, event materials, videos, and printed collateral.
• Use advanced AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway ML) to streamline workflows, improve creative quality, and deliver innovative content.
• Create motion graphics and short form animated content for digital campaigns, explainers, and social media.
• Manage and update the brand book, templates, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with marketing to review creative performance and implement improvements for better engagement and ROI.
• Research and integrate new AI technologies and design trends into projects.
• Support internal communications, events, and conferences with tailored visual designs.
• Deliver complete design outputs end-to-end, including collaboration with external vendors when needed.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a graphic designer, including at least 1+ year in a dynamic tech startup – Must
•  Proven experience with AI design tools for image generation, animation, and creative adaptations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and print design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proven professional experience in motion design and animation, with strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience designing marketing websites and landing pages (visual/UI design – not development).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end design processes, including working with external vendors (print houses, freelancers, studios).
• High level of English – written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
