Controller

B.S.S.C.H. - The Israeli Credit Insurance Company Ltd., the leading credit insurance company in Israel, part of the Harel Group and the global Euler Hermes Group, is looking for a Controller for the finance department (working under the CFO).

The position allows broad exposure to all aspects of the company's finances, hybrid work (one day from home and the rest of the week from the company's offices in Ramat Gan), in a dynamic and young environment.

The position is suitable for qualified CPAs with at least two years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a finance team. An advantage for those with experience in insurance and finance companies

The position includes:

Preparation and editing of periodic financial statements and tax reports

Analysis of business results from an accounting and financial perspective

Involvement in building the company's budget

Preparation of presentations and financial reports for management and authorities, for board meetings, for the investment committee

Analytical analyses of the company's results

Involvement in process automation

Working with senior company officials

Hybrid work (one day a week from home, and the rest of the week from the company's offices in Ramat Gan) Garden)

Job Requirements:

Certified Accountant – Required

Internship in one of the largest and leading firms (BIG4) – Advantage

High level of English, both oral and written – Required (writing emails, reading financial reports, making phone calls)

Orientation / experience in information systems – Advantage

Excellent command of Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, etc.)

At least two years of experience working in an accounting team

מעורבות במיכון תהליכים

עבודה מול גורמים בכירים בחברה

עבודה היברידית (יום בשבוע מהבית, וביתר הימים ממשרדי החברה ברמת גן)

דרישות התפקיד:

רואה/ת חשבון מוסמך/ת – חובה

התמחות באחד מהמשרדים הגדולים והמובילים (BIG4)– יתרון

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה בע"פ ובכתב – חובה (כתיבת מיילים, קריאת דוחות כספיים, שיחות טלפוניות)

אוריינטציה / ניסיון במערכות מידע- יתרון

שליטה מצוינת באקסל (PIVOT, VLOOKUP וכו')

ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בעבודת חשבות בחברה
