Jewelry Production Manager

### Job Description

Full management of jewelry production, including:

•⁠ ⁠Receiving and processing jewelry orders

•⁠ ⁠Quality control and production timeline management for jewelry pieces

•⁠ ⁠Maintaining detailed database of orders and products

•⁠ ⁠Cost calculation for products and expense control

•⁠ ⁠Communication with service providers, including payment control

•⁠ ⁠Coordination with jewelry workshops

•⁠ ⁠Organization of finished product shipments and information transfer to responsible department staff

•⁠ ⁠Order turnover accounting and management

### Position Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Advanced Excel skills – mandatory

•⁠ ⁠Complete independence, accuracy, reliability, and professional confidentiality

•⁠ ⁠Experience or familiarity with companies in Europe, USA, and the East – advantage

•⁠ ⁠Good level English (reading/writing/speaking) – advantage

•⁠ ⁠Good Hebrew level - a must

•⁠ ⁠Russian language proficiency – advantage
