Looking for a Hands-on CTO (Co-Founder) | Build an Agent-Based AI B2B Marketplace

We are building a B2B marketplace platform that connects office owners renting spaces with professional freelancers on an hourly basis. This is a unique domain not covered by platforms like WeWork.

I’m looking for a hands-on CTO to lead the end-to-end development of the platform.

What you’ll do:

Build the MVP in your free time, leading to launch.

Architect and code the core system.

Develop:

Modern, intuitive UI/UX.

Secure databases & backend architecture.

Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Machine Learning & Agent-based AI for optimal freelancer–space matching and engagement.

Tech we expect you to know (or be comfortable with):

Frontend: React / Next.js, Tailwind, or similar modern frameworks.

Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) or similar scalable frameworks.

Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB, with strong knowledge of schema design.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.

Payments: Stripe, PayPal, and alternative gateways.

AI/ML: Agent-based AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex), ML model integration, recommendation engines.

What we’re looking for:

Proven track record in building marketplace platforms.

Strong hands-on coding skills with an eye for scalable architecture.

Passion for AI-driven products and understanding of agent-based AI systems.

Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to start as equity-based co-founder.
