Resource Development Manager

A leading philanthropic foundation in Jerusalem is seeking a Head of the UK Desk

Position Overview:

This role combines strategic fundraising and relationship management, including:

Developing new channels of support.

Identifying, approaching, cultivating, and retaining donors, including upgrading existing donors and reaching new donor audiences.

Frequent travel to the UK for donor meetings.

Building new donor bases and networks of connections.

Creating meaningful, inspiring on-the-ground experiences in Jerusalem and Israel for current and prospective donors.

Conducting research to identify, cultivate, and secure major private and institutional donors (individuals, companies, and foundations).

Developing tailored written materials for the UK philanthropic market, and more.

Location: Jerusalem

Requirements:

5–10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in fundraising – mandatory

Previous experience in the UK and Israeli philanthropic markets, including an active network and strong understanding of trends – mandatory

Full fluency in Hebrew and English – mandatory

Willingness to travel abroad up to six times a year – mandatory

Full-time availability – mandatory
