System Analyst Team Lead

We’re looking for a System Analysis Team Lead with proven managerial experience and the ability to lead complex end-to-end processes, empower a team of analysts, and bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

What will you do?

• Manage and lead a team of system analysts – including mentoring, professional development, and task ownership
• Take full ownership of system analysis in cross-organizational, high-impact projects
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Lead architectural processes using Agile methodology
• Initiate and drive technology-driven solutions with strong business understanding
• Adapt dynamically to the changing needs of different projects and organizational units

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst in a tech organization
• At least 2 years of team leadership and/or professional management experience in system analysis
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes and manage multiple interfaces
• Strong system-wide perspective with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with banking systems – significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to perform under pressure, assertiveness, and high sense of responsibility
• High level of service orientation, strong organizational skills, and solid technical understanding
