Junior System Implementation Specialist

A dynamic and meaningful entry-level role in system implementation and training within the insurance industry.

The position includes handling service requests from insurance agents, delivering phone-based and group training sessions, working with internal and external stakeholders, and developing professional training materials.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the insurance field (e.g., customer service, insurance agency, claims, etc.)- must
Experience in training or system implementation – a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
