Software Engineering Team Lead

A Cybersecurity company specializing in micro-segmentation, developing solutions to one of the most complex challenges in cyber defense preventing attackers from moving laterally within enterprise networks.

Since its founding, the company has raised $45M from top-tier VCs and strategic investors. They employ 100 people, most based in Israel, forming the company’s R&D hub.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv near the train and offers hybrid work.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 developers with a 50% hands-on contribution
• Development primarily in Go
• Work in a GCP environment with Kubernetes & Helm
• Manage databases and search infrastructure including PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
• Drive technical excellence and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
• Tech Stack:

Go, GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch

Requirements:

• 7 years of software development experience, with expertise in at least one of the following: Go, C#
• 2 years of experience leading a team or mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with secure coding practices and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
