Backend team lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3 employees with approximately 30% hands-on contribution
• Full-stack development equally split between Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Work in an AWS environment with Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript (frontend experience not required)
• Report directly to the VP of Engineering
• Drive technical excellence and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
• Tech Stack: Python, React, AWS, Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, TypeScript

Requirements:

• 5 years of development experience
• 2 years of managerial experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• CI/CD experience
