The role involves managing a newly formed team of 5 DevOps engineers, reporting to the Director, with approximately 30% hands-on work. The environment includes Linux, On-Prem, Python, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
Requirements-
- 2 years of managerial experience in the current position
- 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong background in Linux
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience working in On-Prem environments
- Development skills in Python / Go / Java
