Product Owner

We are expanding our Product Management team and looking for an Intermediate Product Owner to be part of our team developing our next-generation AI-first SaaS products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and grow within the Product Management domain.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning and monitoring product development.
• Gather information from multiple sources and simplify it for different teams as per requirement.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into application and operational requirements with strong analytical skills.
• Serve as an intermediary between internal-external customers and R&D teams through which requirements flow.
• Maintain documentation, briefing papers, reports, and executive presentations as needed.
• Support the training and coaching of professional and technical staff.
• Manage product backlog in agile methodology.
• Investigate new technologies to incorporate into our products.

Must-have Qualifications

• Academic degree in relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in:
• Writing functional design documents.
• Working with agile methodology and managing agile operations.
• Leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis.
• Experience handling complicated software products/projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good customer-facing skills, including presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and a quick learner.
• Good technology and software architecture understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a product-based company.
• Familiarity with AI-first SaaS products.
• Additional certifications in Agile or Product Management.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
