Factory Manager (Production)

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to own day-to-day production and scale our operations. You’ll lead welding, mechanical and electronic assembly teams, run production planning and inventory, and partner closely with CNC, Sales, and leadership to hit output and quality targets.

What you’ll do

• Lead shop-floor teams: welders, mechanical assemblers, electronic assemblers.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and KPI delivery (output, quality, on-time).
• Manage Procurement and Warehouse: purchasing, inventory accuracy, and availability.
• Interface with the CNC department for in-house parts and capacity planning.
• Align with Sales/Management on build plans, priorities, and commit dates.
• Implement and improve processes (standards, work instructions).
• Drive safety, training, and continuous improvement across the factory.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/mechanical Engineering & Management .
• Proven experience managing production in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning & execution skills; comfortable with KPIs and ERP.
• Russian – required. Hebrew or English – strong spoken level.
• Process leadership with the willingness to dive into technical details when needed and to build organizational infrastructure from the ground up.
