Data Scientist

A fast-growing and stable Skill-based Gaming startup developing a cutting-edge Mobile Gaming platform in the field of Immersive Games.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, right next to a train line, offers a hybrid work model, and has 80 employees, half of them in R&D. With hundreds of thousands of daily active users, thousands of new downloads every day, and double-digit annual growth, the company is scaling rapidly.

It was founded by two alumni of elite technology units together with a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record.

Role Responsibilities:

• Research and development of advanced models as part of the Data & Game Economy team, with an equal split between research and implementation
• Independent and creative role responsible for building and deploying predictive models (Propensity Modeling, Survival Analysis, TTE) using ML, NN, and DNN on Time Series Data
• Close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Game Economy teams
• Development of simulators and both Online and Offline models
• Conducting A/B Testing and comparative analysis
• Creating tailored solutions to improve KPIs and enhance player experience
• Full responsibility for integrating models into the production environment
• Reporting directly to the Team Lead
• Tech Stack: Python, Time Series, Clustering, Online Learning, Optimization, Causal Inference, A/B Testing, Statistical Modeling, Simulation, Game Economy, Production Models, Synthetic Data, Data-driven Decision Making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field – required (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.)
• 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Experience working with Deep Learning models
• Experience working with Machine Learning models
• Proficiency in Python – required
• Experience with Neural Networks
• Experience working with Time Series data
