Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Sales Manager located in Herzliya. The Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and motivating the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies. Key tasks include monitoring performance metrics, handling customer service issues, leading team meetings, and training staff to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
🔍 Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of B2C sales management experience in a mid-sized company (with 15-20 reps or more).
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, including working with advanced measurement systems.
- Ability to analyze, execute, and improve CRM reports and optimize sales scripts.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Economics, or Industrial Management.
- Excellent skills in training, providing feedback, and writing scripts.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in managing Contact Centers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Herzliya
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service management role
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
