Controller

Responsibilities:

• Drive all aspects of the financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure unflinching accuracy throughout
• Manage US and Israeli tax filing processes
• Maintain and implement all relevant accounting standards
• Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
• Manage external audit relationship and annual audit process
• Lead finance operation day to day tasks at the management company

Requirements:

• C.P.A.
• Experienced in an audit of global Hi-Tech companies/ high-growth start-up environment/ VC – Mandatory
• Two years minimum experience as a controller or assistance controller
• High proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (NetSuite – Advantage)
• Leading projects capabilities and analytical abilities
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills, especially when it comes to explaining financial information to diverse constituencies
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Overall track record of professional and academic success
