zamza is building the Airbnb of workspaces.

We are a PropTech platform that transforms underutilized business workspaces into profitable, on-demand assets. Our app enables professionals to instantly book offices, meeting rooms, and clinics – anytime, anywhere. We already have a live product, paying customers, and workspace partners actively working with us 🚀

We are now looking for a Marketing Partner (CMO) to join our leadership team – a partnership role with direct impact on the company’s strategy, decisions, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead zamza’s marketing and brand strategy
• Develop, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
• Build and refine scalable growth engines, funnels, and GTM processes
• Leverage data and user insights to drive growth initiatives
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align innovation with business growth
• Act as a full partner in shaping strategy, direction, and vision

What Success Looks Like

✔ Building growth engines that bring in thousands of new users (B2B + B2C)

✔ Establishing a robust digital marketing infrastructure – PPC, Growth Hacking, Marketing Automation

✔ Positioning zamza as the global standard for flexible workspaces

✔ Delivering direct impact on revenue and international expansion

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading marketing and growth in a tech startup
• Expertise in performance marketing and user acquisition
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into measurable results
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with a hands-on execution style
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bonus: international experience or background in PropTech / Marketplaces
