Product Designer - Gaming

A team of gaming veterans, fully backed by prominent investors, is building the future of gaming. We are assembling our foundational team and are looking for a pioneering Product Designer to join as a critical early member.

This is a rare opportunity to define a product’s DNA from its inception, establish our design culture, and have a profound impact from day one. You won’t just be joining a company—you’ll be helping to build it.

• Define the Vision: Own the entire user experience, from high-level product strategy and user research to pixel-perfect UI execution.
• Be a Core Partner: Act as the voice of design within the founding team, working closely with engineering and product leadership to shape the roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate & Advocate: Communicate design needs clearly, raise the quality bar, and lead interactions with freelancers.
• Build from Scratch: Establish our design processes, culture, and design system—including component libraries and workflows in Figma.
• Execute with Speed: Move quickly from concept to reality by delivering journey maps, wireframes, and interactive high-fidelity prototypes.
• Innovate with AI: Champion AI-native workflows, leveraging modern tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and asset creation.

• Experienced Builder: 5+ years as a product or UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showing zero-to-one project leadership.
• User-First: Background in complex B2C products, ideally in iGaming or Social Casino.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and motivated to build from the ground up.
• Figma Master: Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• AI-Native: Fluent in using AI tools to enhance and accelerate design work.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for a tight-knit, remote team.
