Role Description:

• Lead and manage development teams, including direct management of team leaders, motivating and guiding their professional growth.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee development: conduct periodic performance reviews, set personal goals, and drive employee engagement.
• Build and execute the annual work plan for the domain according to priorities, monitor execution, and evaluate the feasibility of new requirements. Ensure delivery on schedule while maintaining high flexibility for reprioritization.
• Maintain strong knowledge of system architecture to maximize existing platforms and deliver high-quality, rapid solutions to customer needs.
• Drive technological advancement of systems to support future requirements, ensure alignment with external interfaces and digital solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of all systems, including those in maintenance and projects under your responsibility.
• Lead modernization processes for complex, cross-organizational core systems.
• Participate in the IT leadership forum and contribute to shaping organizational strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering with specialization in IT/Medical Systems, or equivalent education and proven experience in managing development teams and projects.
• 10+ years of experience in software development management, including at least 5 years in core systems and web-based systems development.
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams that include programmers and system analysts.
• Proven experience in managing development of large-scale systems and projects (hundreds of workdays), including work with external vendors and integration partners (preferably across diverse technology domains).
