James Richardson Heinemann Duty Free, located at Ben Gurion Airport City, is recruiting a Technical Support Team Leader with expertise in System Administration and Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the organization’s IT support team
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and day-to-day support while guiding the team professionally and operationally
Actively participate in IT infrastructure and system projects
Combine team leadership with hands-on technical work in advanced technology environments

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk / IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and networking
Proficiency in Active Directory (user, server, and permission management)
Experience with ticketing/helpdesk management systems
Ability to implement and adopt new technologies in the organization
Good command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability
