Help Desk Team Lead

James Richardson Heinemann Duty Free, located at Ben Gurion Airport City, is recruiting a Technical Support Team Leader with expertise in System Administration and Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s IT support team
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and day-to-day support while guiding the team professionally and operationally
• Actively participate in IT infrastructure and system projects
• Combine team leadership with hands-on technical work in advanced technology environments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk / IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and networking
• Proficiency in Active Directory (user, server, and permission management)
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk management systems
• Ability to implement and adopt new technologies in the organization
• Good command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability
