This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ramat Gan. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment pipeline. This role also involves extensive communication with hiring managers, training new recruiters, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the human resources team to meet the company's recruitment goals.

• Experience in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training new recruiters
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is an advantage
