Position: Controller

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

About the Role:

A leading global communications company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join its finance team. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth processes across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and review accurate financial reports in compliance with relevant standards.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of external bookkeepers.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with 2-4 years of experience – must.
• Previous experience working in one of the Big 4 accounting firms - must.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller – must.
• Proven experience in a global organization – advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• High-level English skills (both written and spoken) - must.
