Real-Tech Fund Analyst

A leading financial institution is seeking a Real-Tech Fund Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of existing investments and evaluate new strategic partnerships
• Maintain ongoing oversight of investment portfolios and performance tracking
• Manage fund allocation and cash flow planning, including forward-looking strategy
• Prepare presentations and deliver insights to management and investment committees
• Participate in Asset Management activities and support decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum of two years of experience as an analyst within corporate finance, project finance, capital markets, or consulting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Significant advantage: experience or strong understanding of real estate investments
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
