🌍 Global Medical Device Company | Field Service Engineer – CT & MRI Systems 🌍

A leading international company in the medical device industry is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a key role that combines hands-on technical work, operational responsibility, and direct interaction with top healthcare institutions across Israel.

Position Overview:

🔹 Install, maintain, and service CT & MRI systems at customer sites (hospitals, medical centers, and imaging clinics)

🔹 Perform repairs, software updates, quality checks, and preventive maintenance

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site

🔹 Collaborate with global technical support centers (Germany/USA)

🔹 Prepare service reports, manage spare parts orders and returns

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety standards and Ministry of Health regulations

🔹 Availability for on-call duty, overtime, and periodic overseas training

Requirements:

🎓 B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory

🎓 Practical Engineering Diploma – advantage

📐 Proven experience reading electrical/electronic schematics – mandatory

🌐 Excellent English (spoken, written, technical documentation) – mandatory

⚙️ Previous experience with medical imaging systems (CT/MRI) – strong advantage

📞 Flexibility for on-call duty, including weekends and holidays

💻 Strong computer skills, ERP experience – advantage

🚗 Valid driver’s license – mandatory

📍 Location: Israel – nationwide coverage
