About the Role

Cyera is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on, automation-driven IT Systems Engineer to help build and manage the backbone of our internal systems and SaaS stack. This is a mid-senior role, best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance operational excellence with forward-thinking automation.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and scale our SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.)

- Administer Jamf and Intune for device provisioning and security

- Support user onboarding/offboarding with automation in mind

- Design and enforce security policies, SSO, and access controls

- Troubleshoot issues across cloud apps, networks, and endpoints

- Maintain and monitor ESXi environments and virtual machines

- Work with networking tools and configurations (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)

- Partner with internal teams to build resilient, scalable IT processes

- Document workflows and drive improvements in tooling and visibility

Must-Haves

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems or infrastructure roles

- ESXi administration and virtual machine lifecycle management

- Deep understanding of network concepts: VLANs, ACLs, firewalls, VPNs

- Mac device management via MDM (preferably Jamf)

- Identity & access management with Okta (or AzureAD)

- Basic Linux administration and scripting know-how

- Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to own outcomes

- Experience working in automation-first, high-growth SaaS environments
