CFO – Fintech & Digital Assets

An exciting company at the forefront of fintech, payments, and blockchain innovation is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team.

If you’re a senior finance leader from fintech or payments—ready to take the leap into a C-level position—this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its ambitious growth goals.
  • Oversee all financial operations: reporting, accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and controls.
  • Drive fundraising, capital management, and investor relations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive team, and board.
  • Manage compliance, regulation, and risk in the fast-moving fintech/crypto environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Certified CPA – must.
  • 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
  • Experience in fintech / payments / digital assets / financial services – required.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP and public-company reporting.
  • Proven track record in capital raising and working with boards and investors.
  • High-level English fluency.
  • Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or DeFi – big plus.
  • A natural leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
