Vice President of Global Operations

We're seeking a dynamic VP of Growth Operations to drive operational efficiency, scale our business, and accelerate revenue growth in Israel!

This is a high-impact role where you'll partner directly with the Market CEO, spearheading strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and leading the charge in implementing cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.

**Here's what you'll do:**

* **Be a Strategic Partner:** Collaborate with the Market CEO to lead annual planning and ongoing business operations.

* **Drive Operational Excellence:** Develop and implement operational models that deliver consistent service levels and contribute directly to revenue growth.

* **Champion Innovation:** Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation platforms.

* **Optimize Financial Performance:** Manage budgets, track financial performance, forecast future outcomes, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

* **Lead Key Partnerships:** Oversee vendor relationships, manage third-party agreements, and ensure value and compliance.

**Here's what you'll bring:**

* 10+ years of experience in senior-level operations roles (VP/Head of/C-level) within global companies, preferably in ad-tech, marketing, or media.

* Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, implement business transformation, and support revenue growth.

* Strong track record of successfully implementing change across diverse teams and functions, including AI and automation technologies.

* B.A./B.Sc. degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

* Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

* Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and margin optimization.

* Experience managing third-party vendors, platforms, and legal/IT partnerships.

* Demonstrated ability to build operational models and frameworks to support business development and scalability.

* Exceptional analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
