The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join one of our core full-stack application teams. This team is responsible for building user-facing web applications that orchestrate and manage complex networking systems.

You’ll focus primarily on the frontend architecture and user experience, working in tight collaboration with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver robust and intuitive applications. While your primary expertise will be on the client side, we expect familiarity and comfort working across the stack—especially when it comes to integrating and shaping backend APIs. You’ll also leverage AI tools like ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and drive more efficient collaboration and problem-solving across the team.

This role requires a product-oriented mindset, excellent UI skills, and a strong understanding of full-stack application flows.

Responsibilities

✅ Design, build, and maintain modern, scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript

✅ Collaborate with full-stack team members to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and influence backend design for frontend needs

✅ Translate UX/UI designs into functional, responsive web applications with pixel-perfect attention to detail

✅ Own and improve application performance, accessibility, and security across the stack

✅ Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing

✅ Partner with product managers to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions

✅ Advocate for frontend best practices and contribute to frontend tooling and architecture decisions

✅ Help define testing strategies (unit, integration, visual regression) for your application modules

✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and contribute to their adoption across the team

Requirements

✅ Frontend Focused Experience: 5+ years in frontend-heavy roles building complex, interactive web applications with React

✅ TypeScript Expertise: Ability to write robust types for complex components and application logic

✅ Component Architecture: Hands-on experience designing and reusing component patterns across multiple features

✅ Modern Styling: Proficiency in CSS-in-JS, SCSS, or modern CSS frameworks; understanding responsive layout principles

✅ Design Systems & Storybook: Experience working with design systems and using tools like Storybook to develop and document UI components

✅ UX Awareness: Strong collaboration with designers and an eye for detail when implementing interfaces

✅ Testing & Quality: Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright

✅ Backend Familiarity: Comfort working with Node.js, Express, or NestJS, and understanding how APIs and services are structured

✅ Data Communication: Experience integrating APIs (REST or GraphQL) using tools like Axios, Apollo Client, or React Query

✅ State Management: Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries for managing application state

✅ Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and integrating work into a CI pipeline

✅ Team Player: Strong communication skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork

Nice to Have

• Experience in full-stack applications using Node.js/Express/NestJS
• Working knowledge of API schema design
• Familiarity with monorepos (e.g., Nx), Webpack, or Vite
• Working knowledge of cloud native environments such as Kubernetes.
• Performance profiling using Lighthouse, DevTools, and related tools
• Understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CORS, CSRF)
