We are seeking an innovative and agile Regional Talent Development & Culture Partner to join our global Talent & Culture team. In this role, you will facilitate and execute organizational and talent solutions across global manufacturing plants. You will play a key part in strengthening performance, engagement, addressing regional talent gaps, supporting succession pipelines, and implementing performance management processes. You will collaborate closely with leaders, teams and HR to bring global strategies to life, ensuring measurable local impact through facilitation, partnership, and execution excellence.

Proactively assess the teams and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solution
- sInnovation & Digital Fluency: Apply AI, interactive platforms, and digital tools to deliver efficient and engaging OD and talent solutions
- .Regional Talent & Culture Execution: Facilitate global talent practices, succession planning, and capability-building programs to strengthen leadership pipelines and teamwork
- .Capability Building: Design and deliver training, workshops, and interventions, act as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders in capabilities and skills development and organizational effectiveness
- .Data-Driven Strategy: Implement a listening strategy (e.g., engagement surveys), translate insights into actionable outcomes by leveraging analytics and insights and inform decision
