UX Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced UX Product Manager to join our team!

What you'll do:

As the UX Product Manager, you will work at the crossroads of consumer medical devices and app development, reporting to the VP of Product

In this role, you will translate user needs, technical constraints, and business goals into intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a global, dynamic, collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about bridging technical and user-centric perspectives to deliver exceptional products.

Required Experience:

7+ years in the fields of product management

Proven experience in UX research & design, preferably in connected device ecosystems.

Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create effective app prototypes that clearly communicate user flows, interaction logic, and design intent.

Proven experience working with RT systems

Proven ability to write clear and precise technical requirements in English.

Responsibilities:

Create interactive app prototypes in Figma based on high-level product requirements and UX flows.

Plan and conduct user research across all stages of the product lifecycle, utilizing both in-house and external research partners.

Translate UX flows and product requirements into detailed, developer-ready specifications using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira.

Lead handoff and review sessions with development and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
