About the Role

Promoting various matters handled by the Members Section, including:

Drafting briefing documents for the Board of Directors.
Writing and updating bylaws and official guidelines.
Managing the admission process for new TASE members.
Monitoring compliance of members with TASE eligibility requirements.
Handling changes in ownership and key personnel within TASE members.
Editing and updating the TASE Members Guide (Hebrew & English).
Maintaining relevant content on the TASE website.
Providing support with various departmental tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Academic degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
Solid understanding of capital markets regulation – familiarity with TASE rules is a strong advantage.
Experience in drafting regulatory guidelines – an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
High proficiency in English – mandatory.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to learn independently.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between critical and minor issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
