Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to cross-functional DevOps initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Define, implement, and uphold DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive innovation.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance efficient CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for rapid, reliable releases.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to improve service performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven, hands-on DevOps experience in complex production environments.
• In-depth understanding of application release cycles and industry-leading practices.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, tools, and automation processes (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security (Azure preferred, AWS a plus).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Solid Linux scripting skills and experience with at least one programming language.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads (experience with EKS/AKS)
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
