What We Do

Our department plays a crucial role in the entire development process and infrastructure. We are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the processes, methodologies, and technologies that support the development of the Resident platform. We prioritize high standards of quality, performance, security, availability, and agility throughout our work.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with leadership skills to join our QA Automation team. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, maintaining existing automated tests and infrastructure, and automating new features.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain the existing automated test suite and keep it up to date (UI and API)
• Conduct regression testing, analyze results, and prepare reports for the manual QA team
• Collaborate with development leads to understand and validate new features
• Plan tasks based on development priorities
• Mentor for intermediate QA automation engineers
• Conduct backend load testing using K6
• Research and investigate new solutions for optimizing automated testing with AI tools
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation roles
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright
• Excellent test-design skills
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CircleCI
• Experience in load testing using K6 - plus
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure - plus
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code - plus
• Proficiency in English and working with cross-functional global teams
• Experience in task management and team leadership
• Knowledge of the Russian language - plus
