We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, reporting to the Business Applications Director. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with Salesforce configuration and customization skills, ensuring business needs are met on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery platform and production, and integration with external tools.
• Define project scope, timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and management to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Oversee quality assurance, user acceptance tests, and system deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned across projects.
  
  

• 4+ years experience in Salesforce project management.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
• Proven experience of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and project risks.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
