Senior UX Designer (with Graphic Design expertise)

We are seeking a senior-level UX Designer who is also highly proficient in graphic design. This individual will be the sole UX expert in the company and will be a core member of the Product team, leading the design of intuitive and delightful user experiences while also playing a key role in executing our new brand vision across our product and marketing materials.

About The Role

This is a full-time, hands-on position with responsibilities focused primarily on Product UX, with a significant component of Marketing and Brand Graphic Design.

Key Responsibilities

Product UX & Design System:

• UX/UI Design: Lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for existing and new features, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity mockups.
• User-Centric Approach: Work closely with product managers and R&D to define user problems, conduct user research, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback.
• Design System: Own the long-term design responsibilities, including building and maintaining our company’s design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Rebranding Project: Lead the hands-on execution of the new brand identity within our product lines, working with external consultants and internal teams to translate guidelines into a new look and feel.
  
  

• General Graphic Design: Consistently design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, social media graphics, and conference banners.
• Rebranding Execution: Implement the new brand guidelines across all external-facing assets and marketing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all external touchpoints.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create assets that effectively communicate value and support business objectives.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a proven portfolio of high-quality UX and design work.
• Demonstrated expertise in both UX/UI design and graphic design. Seamlessly switching between designing a user flow and creating a marketing banner is essential.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven experience in building or significantly contributing to a design system is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
