Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our growing team and take ownership of core technical operational processes across system setups, inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain. This role blends practical technical & operational problem-solving with day-to-day execution and is perfect for someone who loves to get things done.

Requirements:

You will…

• Own and execute day-to-day operational processes from order intake to delivery
• Take a technical hands-on role in product handling, including configuration, preparation, packaging, and shipping ensuring both precision and speed throughout the process
• Coordinate inventory planning, supplier interactions, and material availability to ensure smooth supply chain flow
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and logistics providers to meet timelines and resolve issues
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives and problem-solving across operations
  
  

• A proactive, execution-focused approach and strong attention to detail
• Strong hands-on skills and a tech-oriented mindset; You're curious, eager to learn, and enjoy exploring new technologies, including AI and digital tools
• Comfort working with both physical products (handling, software & Hardware configuration, packaging, shipping) and operational systems/tools.
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with teams like sales, finance, and engineering
• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking) for day-to-day communication
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Nice to have.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, Jira, and logistics processes - Nice to have
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field - nice to have.
