QA Engineer

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who sees quality as their domain of ownership — not just a task. In this role, you’ll be more than a tester: you’ll be the voice of quality in our R&D team, raising the right questions, challenging assumptions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll join a small but dedicated QA team working in a dynamic environment, where your insights and leadership will directly influence product decisions. At OneStep, QA is expected to think big, challenge ideas when needed, and take responsibility for ensuring every release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual QA testing, ensuring seamless user experiences and reliable functionality.
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Drive quality that aligns with our vision and outcomes.
• Work with a complex and evolving system, quickly adapting to changes in requirements, functionality, and priorities.
• Handle and manage bugs reported both from customers and from internal development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues.
  
  

• 1+ years of manual QA experience; experience in healthcare is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing workload effectively.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fast self-learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and business context.
