In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Drive the team’s strategic direction in alignment with company goals and engineering needs.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure design, provisioning, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Security department on DevSecOps initiatives.
• Utilize AI to improve team velocity
• Own and operate global services such as DNS, S3, CloudFront, and certificate management.
  
  

About You

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with expertise in AWS cloud environments in high scale SaaS environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading DevOps/Infrastructure teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, R53, IAM, VPC, Control Tower etc.)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools (CI/CD)
• Design and maintain cloud networking (VPCs, transit gateways, peering, routing).
• Experience with identity & access management, certificate management, and cloud networking
• Proven experience in cloud security operations and enforcing compliance
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and Helm.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and day to day usage to improve velocity of the team.
