Legal Advisor

Join our Legal Department at Talma!

Talma provides travel solutions to corporate clients and leads a travel tech incubator, including companies like Arbitrip and BTL Travel, supporting the next generation of travel innovation. We are looking for a talented Legal Advisor to join our growing legal team.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, global environment, contributing to Talma’s daily operations and strategic growth. Reporting to the CLO, you will provide legal support across the group and help guide the company into its next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CLO in managing matters related to corporate governance, employment law, data privacy, and commercial matters
• Develop and maintain internal policies, particularly in the areas of privacy and compliance
• Advise on legal aspects of business operations, helping to manage risk while supporting business needs
• Handle legal claims and disputes, including correspondence with external counsel and oversight of litigation and pre-litigation processes
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements

Work closely with internal teams, including regular collaboration with Product, Customer Care, and HR

Requirements

• LLB degree (or foreign equivalent) from a recognized academic institution and a valid license to practice law in Israel
• 2–4 years of relevant experience as in-house counsel in a global company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a leading Israeli law firm
• Experience or strong interest in areas such as privacy and consumer protection
• Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to work comfortably in English, including reviewing and negotiating contracts (fluent or near-fluent level)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a practical, business-oriented mindset
