Physical Design Engineer

We are hiring a highly motivated Physical Design Engineer to join a leading defense company in Haifa.

What you’ll do:

• Design and development of advanced IC components.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams that integrate your components into complex systems.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – must.
• Solid knowledge in design and layout of analog and RFIC circuits, verification methodologies, and industry tools.
• Experience in analog and RF circuits design in CMOS technologies below 130nm / 65nm – must.
• At least 3 years of proven hardware development experience – must.
• Hands-on experience with ADS and CST simulators – must.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with LNA amplifiers, high-frequency amplifiers, mixers, TX modulators – advantage.
• Independent, fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
